ABSTRACT 
Organizational health involved the effectiveness and health care services of all her workers. It is the grouping of human and material resources together in a stable yet flexible working system – the independent and inter-dependent part into a working order, unit, or whole for the accomplishment of prescribed goals; to achieve the vision and aims of the system or organizational health in its strong dynamic and responsive commitment in securing universal health services and access to adequate and affordable health care service of workers in Nigeria. Hence the paper presents organizational health and effectiveness, life-cycle and structure in the organization, activities within the organizations, factors responsible for organizational effectiveness and ineffectiveness, manageable conflict, curbing strategies and counseling implications for awareness creation for organization health.
